Terms & Conditions
  • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Vancouver, Canada, including health, safety, and business requirements.
  • Vendors are solely responsible for all products, services, sales transactions, taxes (if applicable), and customer interactions at their booth.
  • Vendors must provide valid business licenses and any required event permits, and display required certifications when applicable (e.g., food safety for food vendors).
  • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Community from any claims, losses, damages, or disputes arising from their participation.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage and are liable for any damage caused by their booth, staff, or equipment.
  • The Community is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property or belongings.
  • Vendors must operate in a professional, respectful, and non-disruptive manner at all times and follow all Community instructions.
  • Booth spaces must only be used as assigned, with no subleasing or sharing without prior approval, and must be kept clean, safe, and presentable.
  • Set up and teardown must occur only within the designated times provided by the Community.
  • Food vendors must follow all local health authority regulations, maintain proper hygiene and safe food handling practices, ensure safe food temperatures, and use required equipment, including fire safety tools when applicable.
  • Merchandise vendors may only sell legal, safe, and accurately represented products; counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items are strictly forbidden, and pricing must be clearly displayed.
  • Electrical and cooking equipment must be safe, properly maintained, and comply with fire safety regulations; emergency exits and walkways must remain clear at all times.
  • All vendor fees must be paid on time and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated; vendors are responsible for minimizing waste and properly disposing of garbage in designated areas.
  • Excessive noise, inappropriate behavior, and unapproved amplified sound or music are not permitted.
  • Vendors who violate rules, fail to meet standards, or engage in unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct may be removed by the Community without refund.
